How fortunate I was to have Stacy as part of my leadership team. Stacy coached me on the business, and on the way, she was on her own development path…building strong partnering skills, adaptive communication skills, and patience! And internalizing that this was a journey, sometimes tough, frequently fun, and occasionally a touchdown.

She’s carried those skills and the desire to help others succeed throughout the entire time she and I worked together. Stacy is strong minded, aka sometimes stubborn, but is smart enough to know when she needs to stop, think and perhaps accept a different approach. She uses that self-awareness in the times when she was developing her team members or collaborating with her colleagues…..never forgetting that once she was where they are.
